Accessibility Statement — AILAMA Mind

Last updated: September 8, 2026

AILAMA Mind is operated by AILAMA. The AILAMA Accessibility Statement applies to AILAMA Mind as well; this page covers the specifics of the AILAMA Mind website and Android app.

1. Our commitment

AILAMA is committed to providing an equal, accessible service to everyone, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013. AILAMA Mind aims to conform to WCAG 2.1 level AA (the basis of Israeli Standard SI 5568).

2. Accessibility features in AILAMA Mind

  • Full keyboard navigation of the chat, mood dashboard and exercises.
  • Semantic structure (headings, labels, buttons) that works with screen readers.
  • Text and background colors that meet contrast requirements, with a dark-mode option.
  • Support for text enlargement up to 200% without loss of content or function.
  • Full right-to-left support for Hebrew, alongside left-to-right languages.
  • Readable, plain-language content; crisis resources presented in a clearly marked box.

3. Known limitations

The mood chart is a visual element and its detailed data is also shown as a list. The guided-breathing exercise uses an animation; the on-screen text instructions convey the same steps. Some third-party components (such as the Google sign-in button) are provided by external vendors and are outside our control.

4. The Android app

The Android app displays the same website and inherits all of the features above, as well as the accessibility settings of your device (font size, display size, TalkBack).

5. Accessibility coordinator and feedback

If you encounter an accessibility problem or need an adjustment, please contact our accessibility coordinator at contact@ailama.live (subject: "Accessibility"). We will do our best to respond and to fix the issue promptly.
