Terms of Use — AILAMA Mind

Last updated: September 8, 2026

AILAMA Mind (mind.ailama.live and the "Mind live AI based assist chat" Android app) is operated by AILAMA. The AILAMA Terms of Service apply in full to AILAMA Mind. This page adds the terms that are specific to AILAMA Mind. Where the two conflict, this page prevails for AILAMA Mind. The legally binding version of these terms is the Hebrew version.

1. What AILAMA Mind is — and what it is not

AILAMA Mind is an AI-based self-help and emotional-support tool. It offers conversations with an artificial-intelligence assistant, mood tracking, thought-reframing exercises and guided breathing, inspired by techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

AILAMA Mind is not psychological counseling, psychotherapy, psychiatric or medical care, and it does not provide diagnosis or treatment. The assistant is a computer program, not a psychologist, therapist, physician or any other licensed professional, and no therapist–client or doctor–patient relationship is created by using it. Its replies are generated automatically and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation.

AILAMA Mind is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental-health professional. If you are experiencing ongoing distress, please consult a qualified professional. Do not start, stop or change any treatment or medication based on anything in the app.

2. Not an emergency or crisis service

AILAMA Mind is not monitored by humans in real time and cannot respond to emergencies. If you are in danger, are thinking about harming yourself or others, or are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, stop using the app and contact your local emergency services immediately (in Israel: 101, or the ERAN emotional first-aid line at 1201). The app may show crisis resources, but their availability is not guaranteed and they are provided for information only.

3. Eligibility

AILAMA Mind is intended for users aged 18 and over, or younger users with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, as set out in the AILAMA Terms of Service. It is not intended for use by anyone who requires supervised or acute mental-health care.

4. Your responsibility

You remain solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the app's content. You agree to use AILAMA Mind only as a general self-help aid, to apply your own judgment, and to seek professional help where appropriate. You must not use the app to obtain advice for another person who is at risk.

5. Accounts, subscriptions and tokens

AILAMA Mind uses your AILAMA account. Plans, usage tokens, payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by the AILAMA Terms of Service.

6. Artificial intelligence, memory and personalization

You are interacting with an artificial-intelligence system. All replies, summaries, plan suggestions and reminders are generated automatically and are not reviewed by a human. For registered users the assistant keeps a short memory profile and conversation summaries so that it can continue from where you left off, and may suggest a simple weekly self-care plan; these features are described in the Privacy Policy, and you can delete the memory profile at any time in the app or use local privacy mode. A weekly plan is a self-help suggestion, not a treatment plan.

7. Health-related information

By sharing information about your emotional or mental state you expressly consent to its processing as described in the Privacy Policy, including its transmission to our AI provider for the purpose of generating replies. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AILAMA is not liable for any harm, loss or damage — including emotional or health-related — arising from reliance on the app's content, from its unavailability, or from decisions taken on the basis of it. The limitations in the AILAMA Terms of Service apply.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest revision. Questions: contact@ailama.live or our contact page.
