AI therapist chat — free, CBT-based, available 24/7

Something on your mind at 2 a.m.? AILAMA Mind is an AI chat that listens, asks the questions a CBT therapist would ask, and helps you find a steadier way to see the situation — in your language, right now, with no appointment and no sign-up.

What it actually does

Listens and reflects

Not canned replies: it follows what you say, names the feeling, and stays with it before moving to tools.

CBT thought records

Guides you through situation → thought → evidence → balanced thought, and spots the cognitive distortion in your own words.

Mood tracking

Logs how you feel, shows the week on a dashboard and notices patterns you might miss.

Breathing in the moment

Box breathing, 4-7-8 and calm breathing with an on-screen guide when anxiety spikes.

Behavioral activation

Helps you plan small, concrete actions when motivation is gone — and follows up.

Voice, 17 languages

Talk or type; hear replies read aloud by a male or female voice. Hebrew, English, Spanish, Arabic and more.

Frequently asked questions

Is an AI therapist chat a real therapist?

No. AILAMA Mind is a self-help companion that uses CBT techniques. It does not diagnose, prescribe or replace a licensed therapist. It is useful between sessions, on hard days, or when therapy is not accessible.

Is it free?

Yes. You can start chatting immediately without an account. A free account adds memory, the mood dashboard and reminders; Premium adds a larger monthly credit allowance.

What happens if I mention self-harm or a crisis?

The chat stops the normal flow, responds with care and shows local emergency and crisis-line numbers for your country. It is not an emergency service.

Is my conversation private?

Conversations are stored only to give you continuity, are never sold or used for advertising, and can be deleted by you at any time. A privacy mode keeps a conversation on your device only.

Which languages does it speak?

17 languages including English, Hebrew, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Chinese — with voice replies.
